I lived next to the Tahan family on Dumont Avenue and as children we grew within our families to become adults and later to leave our families to follow the road God has lead to follow. I remember your husband, brother and father had such a nice smile and very curly hair. The Tahan family had such great faith and fortunately, we were blessed to be neighbors and to bear witness to this :it helped us to grow in our Catholic faith. I am so sorry to learn of the passing of Mr. Tahan. What a wonderful, caring man he was! I will fondly remember his love of the NJ Devils and the fun times we had tailgating before playoff games at the Meadowlands! I feel truely blessed that I had a chance to get to know him. Dear Mrs. Tahan and Family, I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Tahan's passing. I enjoyed my visits with him at St. Joseph's Hosp. I brought him Communion on the weekends and always enjoyed reminiscing with him. Sorry I missed his funeral Mass, I just heard of his passing today. He, as well as all of you are in my prayers.
