Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 22, 2007 at 5 PM at the Vander May Wayne Colonial Funeral Home, 567 Ratzer Road, Wayne.
Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-5 PM.
Ann Mae Corsaro age 67 of Wayne died Thursday, July 19, 2007 at home. Her passing was quiet and peaceful with her loving husband at her side.
She was born in Jersey City and had lived there, Union City and Bloomfield before moving to Wayne twenty-five years ago.
Ann received her formal education at Snyder High School in Jersey City graduating with the Class of 1959. She then went on to study nursing at the Jersey City Medical Center School of Nursing where she received her Registered Nurses Degree in 1963.
She was employed as a Consultant Registered Nurse for Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance in Newark and previously she was employed in various hospitals and nursing homes.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady of The Valley RC Church in Wayne and was a member of the church’s Adoration Society.
Ann loved animals and in particular her pet cat Buddie.
Her family will always have fond memories of a very devoted wife and sister. Her sister Arlene and Ann had a very special inseparable sister to sister relationship. They especially loved traveling together with Lake Placid, New York, Disney World and the Island of Aruba as favorite spots to vacation.
Robert and Ann had seventeen years of “great and loving marriage” together.
Surviving are her loving husband Robert Corsaro; one sister Arlene Racich and her husband Lawrence of Middletown; two nephews Michael Racich of Jersey City and David Racich and his wife Kelly of South Amboy.
