A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at 8 PM at the Fardale Trinity Church, 73 Chapel Road, Mahwah.
Friends may visit with the family prior to the service at the church from 8-9 PM.
Dale R. Bogert age 60 of Pompton Lakes died Saturday, June 23, 2007 at home unexpectedly. His death was quiet and peaceful.
He was born in Paterson and had lived his youth and many years in Pequannock before moving to Pompton Lakes twenty-five years ago.
Mr. Bogert was a Security Guard for Premier Security services in Secaucus.
Dale received his formal education in Pequannock Grammar Schools and Pequannock High School graduating with the Class of 1966.
He enjoyed hobbies including picture puzzles, movies, sports and collecting sports cards.
Dale was a very active member of Fardale Trinity Church in Mahwah where he was in charge of the Church’s sound system. His favorite holiday and time of the year was Christmas time.
Dale was gifted with a personality that mingled well with kindness to others. He was always sensitive to the needs of those around him and always very helpful.
Surviving are one brother Norman Bogert of Bloomfield and one sister Ruth Wilson of Baltimore, Vermont.
His mother Helen Bogert predeceased him in 2001 and his father Ralph Bogert passed away in 2001.
