Edgar Dade died on Tuesday, September 05, 2006 at home while receiving the loving care of his family.
He was born in Orange and was raised in East Orange before moving to Wayne thirty-eight years ago.
Mr. Dade was a special agent for the New York offices of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
He was a veteran of the US Navy having served with the Sea Bee’s.
Surviving are his wife of forty-eight years Elizabeth (nee Conley) Dade; one daughter Karin Kavanagh and her husband Kevin of Kinnelon; two sons Kreg Dade and his wife Donna of Morganville and Kurt Dade of Rutherford; one brother Gunther Dade of Morris Plains; three granddaughters Kristin, Lorin and Shannin Kavanagh of Kinnelon and two grandsons Kyle and Johnny Dade of Morganville.
In Lieu of Flowers memorial donations to St. Judes Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-2729 would be appreciated.
