Friends may visit with the family at the Vander May Wayne Colonial Funeral Home, 567 Ratzer Road, Wayne, on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 from 6-8 PM.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Christ the King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes.
Elizabeth A. Mendez, age 80 of Wayne, died peacefully on Tuesday, April 15, 2014.
Elizabeth was a wonderful homemaker, loving wife and devoted mother. After raising her two daughters, she enjoyed working at Fun ’n Fashion, a local ladies boutique in Wayne.
She was the loving wife for 59 years to her husband Frank. Elizabeth is also survived by her two daughters Lauren Rauch, Rhonda Lerner and her husband Edward and wonderful brother and sister-in-law Gregory and Florence Oarsley.
