For the last ten years he had a very difficult time with his health. Between paint particles and sanding dust from work he developed emphysema and had great difficulty with his breathing

In his spare time he especially enjoyed taking his boat out on Lake George in New York State and fishing.

Frank was gifted with an extraverted personality that loved to mingle with people and within his family they referred to him as “Friendly Frank”.

(nee Decker) Urban; One daughter Jennifer Urban of Paterson; one son Michael Louis of Piney Flats, Tennessee; one sister Ruth Viera of Napa Valley, California; one step sister Carol Vanderlinda of Las Vegas, Nevada; cherished grandfather of Linda Vigilione, Jaime and Christopher Albut. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
