Mary Wolf

Mary Wolf, age 77 of Wayne, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 26, 2023.

Mary, the most loving devoted wife, mother and grandmother, is survived by her sister Pat McElroy; sons, Edward and James; daughter, Debbie; grandsons, EJ, Garret, James, and Thomas; granddaughters, Camryn, Vanessa, Krystina, and Lori; son-in-law, Glenn Laborda; and daughters-in-law, Karen and Sonia. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward, her parents, Walter and Mary, and her sister, Deborah.

Mary graduated from Immaculate Conception High School. She worked for over 40 years for Stanley and Andy Rothstein, who she considered family, and felt blessed to have as part of your life. Mary met Edward, the man of her dreams, and the man who would stand by her side through life’s ups and downs.

Mary was a near perfect wife and mother who no matter the situation, always had the well being and success of her family guiding her every decision. She was a woman who went above and beyond to make sure that everyone in her inner circle was provided for, taken care of, and always put ahead of her own self-interest.

As a woman driven by family, Mary would never compromise those values under any circumstance. She never focused on herself, instead, her children were her greatest joy and highest priority, and she always did her best to provide them with the best life possible.

Mary was a truly great woman whose impact will be forever felt by her family and friends who all loved her dearly. She was a selfless woman whose passing leaves a gaping hole in the hearts of all of us. Her ability to sacrifice, provide, support, and love will be forever engrained in all she knew.
