Palmira “Pam” Bollettino (nee Mastrogiovanni), age 102, of Leesburg, FL passed away peacefully on Sunday May 19, 2019.

Pam was born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey.  She was the youngest daughter and one of nine children to Antonio and Palmira Mastrogiovanni.  She resided in the Athenia section of Clifton for many years before moving to Leesburg Florida.  In recent years, Palmira enjoyed the life of a “snowbird” as she spent winters in Florida and summers with family in Wayne, New Jersey.  While living in Florida, Pam cherished the loving support of her brother Edward and sister-in-law Ruth, with whom she spent each day.  She also enjoyed socializing with friends and members of their community.

As a young lady, Pam caught the eye of a handsome young man named John Bollettino.  The couple started dating and as fate would have it they fell in love and were married.  Pam and John treasured many years of marriage together until John’s passing in 1991.  Pam was blessed with a long and healthy life.  Above all, through the years, Palmira loved her family; frequently demonstrating her amazing memory, Pam was able to share details of family history, including a century’s span of special events.  Pam was an extraordinary person who touched the lives of many people through the years and will be sincerely missed by everyone that knew her.

Pam was loved and is survived by her sister-in-law Ruth Mastrogiovanni and generations of nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband John Bollettino (1991), her brothers; Edward, Frank, and Richard Mastrogiavanni, and Tony and Nick Mason and sisters; Sophie Boniello, Mildred Swetz and Jen Ciarlo.
