Ruth Pasquariello 95 (nee Wright) of Lincoln Park. Formerly of Wayne & Totowa passed away peacefully on April 25, 2020.
Remembered and loved by so many as a happy, smiling, upbeat friend to all. Ruth went by many names throughout her life: daughter, sister, wife, mother, grand-mother and to her great delight great grand-mother, as well as Ruthie, Aunt Ruthie & Uff.
Born in Paterson to Harry & Mary Wright September 9, 1924, she raised her family with her husband Frank in Totowa making great lifelong friends among the Highview Ave. girls club. After Frank’s passing in 1981, she retired in Manahawkin NJ and Florida with her dear friend Pat Amorelli making a new group of friends. In 2003 she moved to Siena Village in Wayne and continued a happy retirement making more good friends. Two years ago she moved to Renaissance at Lincoln Park and made even more friends there.
Ruth had a great love for her family near and far and loved spending time and keeping in touch with them. She lived her life with gratitude and faith and set an example for us all to follow.
She is predeceased by her brother Arthur K. Wright and James B. Wright. She is survived by her sister Regina Thomson of Beaufort SC, daughter Joyce Ermilio and her husband Bob of Teaneck, son Gary and his wife Ruth of Riverdale, grandchildren Bobby Ermilio of NYC, Gina Metsker & her husband Mike of Hoboken, Michael Pasquariello of Denville, Jessica Stevens & her husband Chris of Philadelphia, great grand-children Sean & Kyle Metsker.
